Language Project Meeting - SUNDAY at 6:00

I have heard from a few students in email and a few here on the blog that they are interested in getting together on Sunday. Some are in Lexington. Some are in Richmond. Some are from neither place.

I am suggesting we ALL meet about 6:00 (am still flexible on this if you want to suggest a different time). We will discuss the project together. Then if individuals want to talk to me about their project separately people can stay after.

The question is . . . do you want to meet in Lexington at Calistogas in Hamburg (it has free wireless) or do you prefer to meet in Richmond? If you want to meet in Richmond just suggest a place that has wireless. I'm "classroomed" out so pick a place where I can sit down, be comfortable and order a coffee.

I think there will be at least 5 or 6 of us - maybe more.

Mrs. White

Calistoga Address - it is basically at the corner of US 60 (exit 110) and Sir Barton or the specific address is:

If you are coming from Richmond you may want to post here and see if any of you want to carpool. If someone is possibly willing to give a student a ride email or call me.

  5. Mrs. White! I love that you're doing this and wish I had the opportunity to take advantage of it, however, I'm speaking to a group of foster parents through Adoption Support for Kentucky at 5:30 in Lexington about FAS but if I for some reason, finish early, I will meet you guys at Calistoga. However, I get fairly talkative at these meetings, so chances of me making it there in time are slim... Thank you for doing this, anyway! It's always nice to have a teacher willing to meet with students outside of the classroom environment. Hope you had a good weekend! :)
