Mrs. White's Dad

Mrs. White:

Just wondering how your dad is doing? How the surgery went? I know that we have all been thinking about you over the last 24 hours and please know that you are in all of our daily thoughts and prayers. Take care and hope to see you Wednesday night.

  1. The surgery went well and will provide an opportunity for him to now be able to eat, gain nourishment and be able to have relief. The cancer is much more wide spread than they realized. I talked with my mom today and he continues to recover from surgery and the pnuemonia he also had contracted.

We will take one day at a time - treasure each one and trust Almighty God for the time he has remaining.

I live with my feet firmly planted in reality and my HOPE in an Almighty God.

  2. What is impossible with man is possible with God. I will continue to pray for your father.

  3. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. There are a lot of people in my family that have had or have cancer. It is cruel and horrible, but I too believe that with God, anything is possible.

I am so glad that I have a teacher that places family first and family truly is the most important thing in life. I can not image what you are going through but just know that you have my prayers!!

  5. Your note is such an encouragement to me!! Students have NO idea how much a minute out of their day to offer a word or a prayer means. Thanks!

Hopefully today is going home day if all goes well at the hospital.
