I had a great time on the field trip to The Blugrass Technology Center! And I loved April...she was so opionated, and I loved that! Anyway, I work at UK, and I have sent out some emails this morning to some "big dogs" asking if we can donate our old printer cartraiges and mice. I havent heard back yet, but I thought if I could get everyone to donate from here, that would be a big help to the center. Also I am very interested in volunteering at the center, but have a very limited schedule...does anyone know if they are open on weekends?? That would be a perfect time for me to volunteer.

I was wondering the same thing. The only time I could do it without having to pay a babysitter is on the weekend when my husband is home from work. If you find out that they will allow you to do it on the weekend please let me know.

Each person who wants to volunteer must call the center and arrange this individually. I am offering the opportunity for extra credit but am NOT going to try and get involved in scheduling.
