I just wanted to get on here really quick and ask all of you to keep me in your prayers. I am a freshman this year at Eastern and before arriving to attend school here i became very sick all summer. I was in and out of the hospital for my stomach. I got on medication and was fine for the most part for a couple of months, but within these last 2 weeks my conditions are coming back and my stomach is going back to it's old ways. If it gets any worse within the next week or so I am going to have to go into immediate surgery. I am very tired all day, i have sharp stomach pains, and i become very sick often. It is not a fun thing to have and i would just like to ask everyone to keep me in your prayers. Thank you!!

Amber, I will add you to my special "EKU Students" list. Does stress add to it? Have you identified "triggers" that make it worse that you can avoid?
ReplyDeleteHey Amber! I can completely relate to what you are going through. I have been sick for over a month now and have undergone so much testing on every organ possible! What makes things worse is that the docs still are not sure what is going on!!! I'll be thinking of you. Hopw you start feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI will keep you in my prayers. I hope that all goes well for you.
ReplyDeleteI will keep you in my prayers! Hopefully you can make it through these last view weeks with as little pain as possible!!
ReplyDeleteYou'll be in my prayers definitely. I hope things get better soon.
ReplyDeleteI'm very sorry, I will be praying for you.. Hopefully God will lay a healing hand on you and allow the pains to go away so you can finish up this semester.
ReplyDeleteAmber, I am sorry to hear that you are having those symptoms again. I will be praying for you...
ReplyDeleteI hope everything turns out for the best, I'm sure it will. I'll make sure to keep you in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteNothing really sets it off, it just comes and goes as it pleases. I have had a colonoscopy and they still can not find anything, they think it may have to do with my gallbladder and may have to remove that to see if it fixes anything. Thank you everyone for the prayers!
ReplyDeleteI hope that you get to feeling better! Hang in there !
ReplyDeleteI am sorry that you are going through this, but it is great that you are staying strong. I will be sure to pray for you!
ReplyDeleteThinking and praying for you Amber. Get well soon.
ReplyDeleteAmber,
ReplyDeleteI have had the SAME problems the past year or so, and nothing could be pinpointed as what my problems were. About 6 months ago I went to a special doctor who decided to test me for extreme food allergies, I found out im allergic to almost EVERYTHIGN on the face of the earth like bread, wheat, rice, seafood, so basically anything that anyone would eat. I cant eat things like sandwhich or chicken anything cause its all covered in bread! They made me stop eating all of it and I saw results very quickly, the only time I have had extreme stomach pains anymore is when I eat something im not supposed to without noticing it. It is just a suggestion as to maybe something you could look into because I was in so much pain and didnt know where to turn next cause they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I hope everything works out for you in the end!
I hope you get better soon! You are in my prayers
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone!!
