Mrs. White

I just wanted to thank you for meeting with me the other night. I feel much less stressed and much more caught up. Also, I wanted to let you know, that I am praying for your husband's full recovery. (I know pneumonia sucks) :] If there's anything you need, don't hesitate to ask. And I'm sure that holds true for everyone else as well.
See you next week! And I can't wait for our SED260 dinner date. :]

  1. Mrs. White is the only teacher that I have had yet that will go out of her way to teach her students, if it was late and you didnt understand something she will meet with you to get her job done and you learn the material. That is what a good teacher is!

  2. You are welcome - and thank you. I ENJOY teaching. I love preparing and trying to find material and activities that will you learn. I love changing how I teach each semester. I miss not being on campus so you can drop in my office and meet with me to sit and talk about what you don't understand, questions you might have or just what's going on with you. I truly think that's a big part of teaching. That's one of the things I loved about college and the professors I had the best relationships with and who helped me most with college.

You know, guys, I love meeting with you and watching you realize how much you do know and how much you can understand. It's so rewarding for me - and actually FUN. I love relaxing with a cup of coffee and just sharing with you. I deeply appreciate you being willing to express your gratitude . . . that's just icing on the cake.

  3. I totally agree! You are one of the few teachers that will/would go compeletly out of your way to help your students. I appreciate that alot and I know the others do as well, it makes me excited to have a class of my own. Hopefully I will teach the same way ;)
