want to understand this, if a kid repeat words such as "and and I do these" or "please please I need that" in and utterance. Do I count these repeated words as single utterance?

    You would count this as a whole phrase. If you were doing an analysis of FORM you would not count each word as an additional morpheme. In an analysis of Semantics you do not have to count morphemes.
