    Thanks, Eric. Sincerely while many of us enjoy "winning" an award having a student NOMINATE me is the award for me. Having my students acknowledge my efforts and that I want them to LEARN is the "reward" I actually desire - frankly, at times, probably too much. Regardless if students notice or acknowledge - my true reward is when students realize their incredible potential to LEARN, achieve and succeed. Additionally it comes when students become wonderful teachers or realize their greatest potential in their chosen field in the future.
