WOW!!!! This was so amazing. Can you imagine the cardio they go through and calf muscles on these girls. Just Wow!!

ReplyDeleteThey have kids like this in my hometown from the elementary schools and they come to the highschool once a year to show the highschools their performances. They call them the rappin ropes and some of them are kindergardeners!! Its crazy how they can do all that. sometime they jump rope on pogo sticks!
